International Orders
1. Product Prices
All product prices listed on our website include UK VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update prices.
2. Delivery Charges
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. These charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
3. Taxes & Duties
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please be aware of the following:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost.

You are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes once the goods reach your country.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs due to customs processing.
If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. By placing your order, you confirm that you have read and understood our International Orders Information, including details about any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply to international orders.
4. Currency Conversion
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges. These are outside of our control.
5. International Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at https://shopnina.co.uk, you have the possibility of returning the products to us at your own cost. You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be marked as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration (CN22/CN23 or via your courier). Include your original export proof (e.g., commercial invoice or order confirmation showing shipment from the UK).
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
