RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at https://shopnina.co.uk, you have the possibility of returning the products to us at your own cost. You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

If a return incurs customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon re-entry to the UK due to incorrect customs declarations, we reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund.

We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at https://shopnina.co.uk.

Please contact our customer service at info@shopnina.co.uk with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange and we will get back to you within two working days.
